Boulder/Broomfield County Foster/Adoptive Family Association

The Boulder-Broomfield Foster-Adoptive Family Association has started a new program that provides our families with donated tickets for sports, arts, and cultural programs in the Denver metro area. The donated tickets are made available through ArtReach.

ArtReach Guidelines:

The listing of available tickets for the week is e-mailed to BBFFA members by Saturday afternoon and posted on our website. The information is also available on ArtReach website on Friday afternoons.

  • Some tickets need to be picked up at ArtReach office in Denver (indicated as “Ticket Pick-up”), while others need a formal association letter from me.  If you are interested in tickets that need to be picked up, please be sure that you are willing to do the pick up before requesting them.

  • To maximize the chances of getting the tickets that you want, please e-mail Alan and Michelle Sloan at alanandmichelle@comcast.net before 8 AM on the Tuesday with the following information:
    1. Family name
    2. Event Number
    3. Number of tickets requested
    4. If the tickets are to be picked up, confirm that you will pick them up.

  • You can request as many tickets as you wish, but ALL tickets that are requested must be used.  If an emergency prevents the tickets from being used, please let me know as soon as possible so I can inform ArtReach and avoid being penalized.

  • Because these are donated tickets, one thank you note is expected for each event that we attend.

Please call Alan and Michelle at 303-678-1836 if you have any questions.

Because these are donated tickets, one thank you note is expected for each event that we attend.

Please send the thank you note to:

    ArtReach
    3400 W. 38th Ave, Suite 200
    Denver, CO 80211

Please include the name of our association in the note, the event name and event date.

ArtReach recommends that the note be personal (i.e. not a form letter).  Describe the people who attended and the people's reactions or how the event impacted their lives.  In our case, it is always good to have the kids write or draw something about the event.
